Common questions

Where are my recordings stored?

Audio recordings stay on your iPhone — they are never stored on our servers. Transcripts and themes are stored encrypted in the cloud so they can sync. Details in the Privacy Policy.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

In the app: Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. Or on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple.

I reinstalled — where are my purchases?

Open the paywall (Settings → Subscription → View plans) and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes all your server-side data and wipes local notes and recordings — it is immediate and irreversible. Your notes can be exported as Markdown first.
